+Associate Software Engineer (React Js)

The Role

You Will Be Responsible For Gathering and evaluating user feedback. Providing code documentation and other inputs to technical documents. Supporting continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies and presenting these for architectural review. Troubleshooting and debugging to optimise performance.

Ideal Profile

You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a Software Engineer role. You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard

+Trainee Software Engineer (Full Stack)

Skills and Requirements
Knowledge and development skills in MERN-stack technologies
Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
Analytical and logical thinking abilities
Enthusiasm for learning and rapidly implementing new technologies, tools, and processes
A degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent, or currently pursuing such a degree (with at least two years completed)
12 months holistic training period with an opportunity for a placement

+Associate UI/UX Designer

The Role

You Will Be Responsible For Gathering and evaluating user feedback to improve user experience and satisfaction. Creating and maintaining design documentation and other inputs to technical documents. Supporting continuous improvement by exploring alternatives and new design trends, presenting these for review and implementation. Troubleshooting and refining UI designs to optimize usability and performance.

Ideal Profile

At least 6 months of experience as a UI/UX designer.
Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
Proficient in designing web and mobile app interfaces using tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
Mandatory experience in graphic design using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
Experience in video editing and visual effects is a plus point.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
HND/Degree or equivalent qualification in Design or Computing/IT.
